- Persons with non-compliance of AB0 blood type (except in emergencies)
- Those over the age of 60, under the age of 18
- Non volunteers
- Overweight people
- People with psychiatric disorders
- Alcohol and substance addicts
- People diagnosed with cancer
- Chronic hepatitis (viral, autoimmune, metabolic, cryptogenic) patients
- AIDS patients
- Those with heart, lung and neurological diseases
- Uncontrolled diabetes patients
- Bleeding disorders, those detected to be fatty liver by biopsy
- Those with liver volume deficiency
- Pregnant woman
